"Extraordinary Leadership:  Thinking, Being, Doing relates and makes actionable Lee’s philosophies that are so timeless and powerful. If he was alive today and in his prime, this is the course that he would create to address the complex issues we deal with in this unprecedented world of ours. Joelle has done us all a service by creating these workshops from her father’s work."

"Leadership: Thinking, Being, Doing is a program like no other, perfectly designed for the demands of today's rapidly evolving business landscape.  The course, brilliantly led by Joelle Thayer, was an eye-opener in every sense.  This course doesn't just teach you to navigate the complexities of the modern business world, it equips you to lead with insight, innovation, and a renewed sense of purpose."

Ben Griffin

"One of the biggest things leaders, chairs and coaches must learn in this extraordinary environment of increasingly rapid change is that it's impossible for any one person to have all the answers. The historical model of the boss or leader as the answer person is so obsolete and ego-driven people can have a difficult time adapting to this new reality. I think that's the essence of what everyone can learn from Dr. Lee Thayer’s concept of The Learning Mode presented as part of Extraordinary Leadership: Thinking, Being, Doing."

"It was a great privilege to take part in this course and I thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of it. In particular, I loved the thought-provoking content that dove deep into the key areas of the Thayer doctrines behind Extraordinary Leadership: Thinking, Being, Doing, and the homework that embedded the learnings. Joelle’s presentation and facilitation skills are brilliant, and she amplifies the most important principles with captivating visuals and film clips which bring the teachings alive. The carefully chosen cohort was also an immense bonus – the wisdom and intellect in the group made it a thoroughly memorable and enjoyable experience.
